Steel bins are installed at the place the old warehouse intended for storing commodities on the floor. System for rail cars unloading is installed at the corresponding rail tracks.
Maximal storage capacity of oilseed crops at the site is 40,740 tons.
The storage systems ensure receipt of 1,000 tons of oilseed crops per day from rail cars and 700 tons of oilseed crops from trucks.
Loading of trucks and rail cars is done separately and independently. Unloading of seeds from storage systems is done into a central conveyor that is capable to supply 700 tons per day for production purposes. Truck loading station is adjacent to cleaning and drying stations to reduce expenses on seed transportation inside storage facility. An additional storage tank for wet commodities can be installed next to the dryer to ensure continuous operation of truck unloading station.
