Flat-bottomed storage bins are intended for storage of grain with moisture content not exceeding 15% and are constructed from heavy-galvanized steel. Stiffeners are designed to withstand maximum resistance of interior grain load. Depending on the radius of the storage bin roof slope varies from 25 up to 35 degrees. Bin holding capacity ranges from 35 t up to 17,950 t (for wheat with grain density 780 kg/m3). We can provide grain-holding tanks from 8m up to 30m in diameter. The overall height range varies from 7 m up to 30 m. Vents, wind rings, access door, roof ladder, inside ladder, outside ladder with cage and rest platform are standard.

Storage tanks can be optionally equipped with:

• Aeration system
• Temperature monitoring system
• Sweeping auger
• Unloading auger

5-year warranty is provided for each storage system.

All the components are designed to meet standards of American Institute of steel construction. All loads including wind load, snow load, interior grain column load correspond to the standards of American Society of Agricultural Engineers.
