The proper application of aeration for the safe storage of grain requires that the equipment being utilized meets the requirements of the system. With the broad line of aeration products available, we are able to provide the equipment necessary for nearly any aeration requirements.
Aeration systems include
- Fan and electric motor;
- Duct system;
- Panel Grate Systems or Flush Floor Systems;
- Vents;
- Control units.
We offer an extensive range of fans available, which include axial fans, centrifugal fans, and inline centrifugal fans, to provide the capability of developing the required airflow for the aeration of almost any grain.
The fans can be applied to an aeration system that uses the wide range of aeration products for full floor, flush floor, and above floor duct systems. The aeration system can be completed with Caldwell air exhaust equipment that can either be powered or natural air ventilation.
Aeration systems can be custom designed for each specific application. Choose from either Panel Grate Systems or Flush Floor Systems with configuration of your choice depending on your needs. Both systems are perforated for unrestricted airflow. Panel Grates are available with internal I-beams and perforated webbing for heavier loads or larger storage areas. Flush Floor Systems have interlocking panels for smaller storage areas.

Aeration systems will increase conditioning capabilities and, ultimately, become a source for higher profitability. Today it is the most economical and effective method of grain conditioning and storage.
