Grain cleaning lines

Grain cleaning lines are intended for post harvest processing of grain and oilseed crops including wheat, barley, sunflower, corn, rise, etc. It is recommended for agricultural enterprises with annual grain volume from 10,000 up to 50,000 tons. Grain is conditioned to meet export standards.

Machines and equipment

Grain cleaning machines of preliminary and primary cleaning, feeding and intermediate bucket elevators, receiving bin, chain conveyor, spouting and aspiration equipment, control unit, steel structures. The equipment can be supplied to ensure capacity 50, 100, 150 and 300 TPH. Production line is installed in steel building that can be easily and quickly assembled and erected.

Manufacturing method

Inbound commodities are loaded into receiving bin. Then it is supplied into incline chain conveyor that transports grain to feeding bucket elevator. Bucket elevator feeds grain into preliminary cleaning machine where mesh separator and aspirator remove large and light admixtures. Then cleaned grain is supplied to primary cleaning machines by an intermediate bucket elevator. Large and fine admixtures are removed with aspirated air and screens. Cleaning fractions are directed into bins to be unloaded into transport vehicles.

Capacity of grain cleaning lines: 50, 100, 150 and 300 TPH.
